Logan Stepp

Westfall Local School District is pleased to introduce Mr. Logan Stepp as the Assistant Principal of Westfall High School. With a strong background in education and a dedication to supporting students and staff, Mr. Stepp brings both experience and enthusiasm to his new role.

A 2018 graduate of Otterbein University, Mr. Stepp earned his degree in Adolescent to Young Adult (AYA) Mathematics Education. He began his teaching career with the Hilliard City School District, where he spent four years in the classroom before joining Westfall as an Algebra II teacher. His time at Westfall reignited his drive for leadership and inspired him to pursue a greater role in school administration.

"I've had a lot of mentors in both my personal and professional life who helped guide me toward an administrative position," said Stepp. "I'm excited for the challenge and honored to continue the work of the assistant principals who came before me—both of whom were great mentors and examples."

As he steps into his new role, Mr. Stepp is focused on fostering a positive and collaborative culture among staff. "One of my priorities this year is to build a stronger staff culture within the high school," he shared. "I'd love to create more opportunities for our staff to connect outside of school hours. My goal is always to leave things better than I found them."

Outside of school, Mr. Stepp enjoys spending time with his wife, Holli, and their son, Cooper. "You'll definitely see us around!" he said. His hobbies include football, fishing, and golf—but most of all, he enjoys watching Cooper grow up (though he admits he wishes time would slow down just a bit).

Please join us in welcoming Mr. Stepp to his new role. We are excited to have his leadership and energy as part of the administrative team at Westfall High School.
